Hello coin Community I found this coin with a lot of issue and would like the community to tell me what they think about this cool looking quarter it also looks like the reverse is rotated 10 to 15% from the obverse of the coin. The coin weighs 5.6 grams. Circulated uncertified
Thank you for any insight you may have. I have a lot coins I want all of you to see but Unfortunately I'm not very tech savvy so I may take a while thank you for your time
