Randy Valued Member United States 86 Posts	Posted 12/14/2008 09:23 am I keep all star notes I find and have about $27 worth. They are kept in a small safe, which is kept in my closet. My problem is that they are starting to smell musty. What can I do to prevent this. Report this Post to the Staff

pyrbob Rest in Peace United States 1943 Posts	Posted 12/14/2008 10:22 am Randy, I keep mine too. I'm not sure but I think the smell would come from moisture getting to the notes. If your closet is in the basement, then you should move it. You could also try some silica gel packs to absorb the moisture. Also maybe one of your notes had this smell and it is now going into the rest of them. Good luck! Report this Post to the Staff
