Hi, I have a really good condition 1966 penny, and I also noticed what looks like it might be doubling on a couple columns of the Lincoln Memorial. What do y'all think? (Also, I really hope this image is big enough for you to see well; I've had trouble making them big enough.)

Three or 4 on the right side. It's very slight, but I see something there.

Actually, maybe I'm mistaking them for what's usually on a penny; do the columns usually have slight stripes on a normal penny Lincoln memorial?

They are called False Columns. It is just the outline from the
second row of columns in the Lincoln Memorial.

On a fully struck cent there are "stripe" on all the columns. There are also a shadowing effect that is meant to look 3-d on columns 1-5-7-11.
