This coin weighs 2.44g, and is 22.5x20mm in diameter. The obverse appears to be Christ? The reverse appears to be Emp. with some Saint to right. Possibly Latin Rulers issue? Any help attributing this would be most appreciated.

As a Bulgarian, I think it is a Bulgarian imitation from the time of Tsar Kaloyan. According to our historians, common, determined with rarity R1 - known over 10,000 pieces

Let's hope echizento also gets a look.

I am just starting to learn about these types ... seems there are a lot of similarities with SB1966 types from reign of Manuel I Comnenos.
Subtype 13.f has the eight-pointed star to either side of Jesus obv. https://www.wildwinds.com/coins/byz...66_DO13f.jpg
Subtype 13.b has similar attire on Michael and Mary reverse.

But the acsearch link from @iulius seems to have nailed it (and explains the similarities to SB1966).
