For those of us who have never graded quarters before, is this sample a MS 65 grade or less? I ask because the focal point is free of major marks, but under the jaw there is minor mark chatter. Further on the obverse, the strike appears week on the eagle's left wing, is this common? I do not know what role the hair plays in the analysis, is that a high point, what are the other high points?

If there is an analysis available here or elsewhere that grades the Washing Quarters, please advise.

To me, chatter on neck and eagles breast hold this to MS-64 tops.
