Spanish Netherlands Namur, 1 Liard, copper, around 1710. Hard to be more precise because the condition the coin is in.

I think there are some other possibilities.

In the 1690s this type was also issued in Brabant under Charles II. In your first photo, it would say CAROL II between 12:00 and 3:00. On the reverse this type has the legend starting at 1:30 ARCD AUST DUX BURG BRAB Z ending about 10:30 followed by the date. ALso issued earlier under Philip IV.

The type mentioned by @eligius has PHIL V D between 12:00 and 3:00 obverse. On the reverse, the legend reads DUX BURGUND ET BRABANT Z running continuously from 1:00 to 11:00.

I can't tell which of these is correct from the photo (and there are some others), but you may be able to see the legends with the coin in hand.

Good luck!

I am curious if you were able to figure out which type?

I think I see ET INDIAR REX in the first photo from 6:30 to 11:30 (rather than ET INDIARUM REX), which could help distinguish, but I'm not sure.

Either way, the mods could close this out with Spanish Netherlands Liard, late 17th-early 18th
