Any Chinese speakers out there who can tell me what this token says? Or any other info about this token?

This is a fantasy piece, or a charm.
Top image said thunder drive ghost and perish demons by the order of Immortal Loa Ch'un #22826;#19978;#32769;#21531;.
The characters and the 8 hexagram symbols on the second picture are from Chinese I Ching. #20094;(qián) #22372;(k#363;n) #23663;(zh#363;n) #20812;(duì) #33390;(gèn) #38663;(zhèn) #38626;(lí) #22350;(k#462;n) not in any order. There are 64 hexagram symbols, but these are the main ones.
My translation may not be totally accurate, if anyone would like to add to it, please do!
