Keep a digital copy on your computer AND a digital copy on a stick. #2 - Update your digital copies EVERY time you get a new coin. #3 - Print a hard copy about once a month. #4 - Take pictures of all your significant coins; you decide what you consider "significant". Here is a short list of software programs I'm looking at to use: Collector's Assistant by Carlisle Development Exact Change by Wild Man Software Coin Elite by Trove Software BUT! Lets say you have a 20XX-s Silver Mint Proof set of say 14 coins of various denominations for said year in a OGP lens case. Do you list the set as a single unit or do you break out the individual coins to list separately (Without necessarily opening the cases - thereby keeping the mint set intact in the lens cases) like this 2018 reverse proof silver set as an example.
