1951 50C PR67+ Deep Cameo PCGS. CAC. Ex: Blue Ocean. This could very well be the pinnacle of collecting for an advanced Franklin half dollar proof specialist. Like the 1950, this date is usually found with low contrast. Cameo representatives are very scarce, and profoundly contrasted Deep Cameo proofs are extremely rare.

Either the pics aren't doing it justice or PCGS dropped them ball..... I'm sure not seeing DCAM

That was my first thought , I don't see it either . I see a beauty PF-67+ but not a DCAM .

It is all in the lighting and the background. The fields look reflective enough to be black in the right setting.
