Pulled this from a roll. The doubling is faint but it's there. I looked through over 70 listings of 1970-S DDOs and found nothing similar so it should be a new listing.

In hand it is easier to see and more prominent than I can get photos to show. I may send it to wexler at some point and hope he can get better photos than me for a listing. This thing is a real pain to photograph. I'm confident it is a DDO but I am always open to other's ideas. Opinions?

I think what you have going for it is the part inside the 0. Very similar to other DDOs of that date. The only issue I'm having is the line below 0 is going the same direction as the flow lines. So many DDOs like this in 70 that I dont see why this one coulndt be too.
