I had off yesterday and spent 25 minutes on hold after calling the mint since my credit card hold disappeared and I wanted to make sure my order wen through until I had had enough and hung up.
The ordering process was a crap show.
I tried to "reorder" an hour after sales opened since none of the previous attempts seamed to go through and the website was finally back up but it said I had reached the household limit.
I never got a confirmation email.
The order history was unavailable for 2 hours after sales opened.
Order 114752XX finally shows shipped tonight.

Still nothing for me. Guess they don't necessarily go by order number. I called last night and was just told I was pending. Hopefully I'll get these soon, but I'm also prepared to somehow be disappointed.

Same here. Got the email and text about an hour ago. Forgot I'd signed up for text reminders. Was checking my email religiously all day yesterday lol.

I checked my email this morning as always. no mint shipping email.  I come here and read the posts of people in the same boat. I decided, screw it, I will get it when I get it. An hour later, I received my shipping email. Ironic?  |

11633449 - 11466000 = 167,449 ... but there were only 125000 available, weird. Maybe the backend database burns order numbers on failed orders, I dunno.

I was just informed that orders are not processed by order number. However the representative wouldn't tell me how they are determining order. She just said there are a lot of backend and manual verification processes taking place on this order so everything is taking a long time.
I paid with a gift certificate, thinking there would be fewer things to verify since it's already paid for. Guess not.
