Found this in my coin hunt today. Seems to be a lot going on with this quarter, from the chin to the rim. Any thoughts on what this might be?

It appears that on the face and IGWT and similarly on the reverse there is Machine Doubling. The doubling is flat and shelf-like, indicating Machine Doubling. The other pictures look to be contact marks that happened after the minting process, so they would be considered as post-mint damage ( PMD). Both of these things do not add any extra collector value, but they are interesting nonetheless! Good observations! :)

I agree 100% with coin_obsessed. Machine Doubling, normal wear and circulation damage.
