I actually thought it was rather silly they do NOT put the explanation in the beginning. They explain condition a LOT, but not the actual info shown and how to decipher it. The Scott stamp catalogs are AMAZINGLY detailed, and those are what I am used to. Perhaps the larger versions of the Red Book, etc give more info in their introductions. Report this Post to the Staff
