russellhome Valued Member United States 83 Posts	Posted 12/18/2008 10:02 pm It looks to me like the strike was on center - but the core was off center. My guess is that the the outer 'washer' planchet was properly seated when struck, but the center core was not. One edge of the center core appears to have been resting on the inner lip of the outer ring when struck. Whatever that cause, it is a nice error. Report this Post to the Staff
