1959 P Lincoln Cent Date Error - Smudged 5?

NobodyKnows63 New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 02/20/2021 9:00 pm I have also found the 1959 error with the 5 being smudged . At first glance I thought I had a 1939 Lincoln Penny wheat back . Until I turned it over and was met with the Lincoln memorial and thought wth !? I posted a picture of it on Facebook and asked what date is this penny ? 90% of them said 1939 . I thought it could have possibly been a circulation smidge but it looked to me to have been printed that way . After seeing others having the same coin error I'm convinced it is a printing error for sure .
