1981 Lincoln Error?

I came across a 1981 Lincoln Penny that has it's date misplaced. The first one of the 1981 date seams to be half way imbedded in Lincoln chest; I checked examples on the PCGS price guide and they show the 1 away from Lincoln's chest. Has anyone ran across this before? I'm trying to take a photo but having some problems
