Identification Of Silver Repousee Medalet

PeterPam1 New Member United States 12 Posts	Posted 03/01/2021 5:50 pm Hi...I haven't used the forum for quite a few years...However I currently have a piece that I need help identifying...I believe it's a silver repousee medalet, its made in 2 parts and is hollow, soldered together. 24mm in diameter and weighs 2.46 grams..I would like to find out as much as I can about what is represented and who may have created the piece..I believe it may be at least 300-400 years old. norantyki Valued Member 404 Posts	Posted 03/02/2021 08:23 am Although I have no idea what it is / is trying to be, I can say with reasonable confidence that it is not 300-400 years old. It would seem to me (from the style, method of manufacture, patina, etc) that it was made within the last 100 years or so. I'd be inclined to agree that it is some sort of keepsake / souvenir / jewelry item. Report this Post to the Staff
