Issued in 1965 by Nicholas Laboratories, Ltd., 225, Bath Road, Slough, Buckinghamshire as part of a set. They were sent to GPs (your local doctor) to advertise the medicine Polycrol.

There are eight in total:

. Drachma minted for Alexander the Great (356-323 B.C.
. Peace Penny minted for William the Conqueror (1027-1087)
. Athenian Coin minted in the 5th Century B.C.
. Tetradrachm(um) minted for the Emperor Nero (37-68 A.D.
. Shekel of Tyre minted in the 2nd Century B.C.
. Spanish Real minted circa 1500
. Silver Dirhem minted for Haroun Al-Raschid, Caliph of Baghdad (763-809)
. Silver Bezant minted for Bohemond VII Prince of Antioch (13th Century).

Information taken from an article written by Graham Teasdill in 1968 but not sure where it was published.

It's the Spanish real minted circa 1500
