It has a chance of making 65, but if I were a buyer I would only pay MS-64 money for it.

Back in town and this showed up. Decided to go ahead and crack it from the old PCI MS65 holder and take a gamble on this one. Ended up paying MS64+ money on this one, bit of a jump from 64 to 65. I like it in hand, think it has an strong shot at MS65. Will be sending off tomorrow with my PCGS sub.

Good luck in sending it off to PCGS . Nice shot at 65 but a tad weak in some areas .

Your pics are much better than the seller's pics.

The discoloration looks like album toning. The golden color is a dead giveaway for the old Wayte Raymond / National Coin albums.

Nice coin! I'll look forward to seeing what PCGS says.

i really thought it was a long shot for 65 with the weaker strike on both sides but congrats on that one
