So I know the Canadain Dime weight and all but I have a 1980 Dime and it keeps going to 2.11 grams and I can't find anything about it on google but I did find on a website that a ten cent struck on a planchet intended for the Israel ten new Agorot coin,
Would that be the 1980 Canadain Dime?
Is that a thing ?
Is there any known out there ?
And if so would it have a value ?

Is it what I have an error at all ?

I weighted 2 of the same coin (1980) and one goes to 2.07 grams and the other one will go to 2.11 grams .

Yes, the RCM minted 10 New Agorot coins in 1980 that weighed 2.1 grams, but they were bronze.

The diameter of the Agorot planchets were smaller (16 mm) than the Canadian dime planchets (18 mm), so some of the devices/lettering/beads around the edge should be missing.

That being said, 2.1 g is also within tolerances for a regular 1980 dime (2.08 g).
