The photos aren't good enough to get an accurate grade but, wear-wise, I'd say XF-40 maybe. However, the hole or attempted hole happened after it left the mint and makes it almost non-collectible except as an oddity. I'd say either something fell on it, or someone tried to pound a nail through it. The "hole" shows on the Reverse side as well in the leaf?
