I think I might have something good.

Thought the ear was listing was:
1984 1¢ WDDO-011 "Best Of" Variety

But no mention of the Bow Tie

What do you all think?

Unfortunately not a match to WDDO-011.

And unfortunately these look to be contact marks. The bowtie does not appear to be actually doubled. If you were to make a side-by-side with another coin, you would see that the bowtie is the same size and shape as a normal coin.
