Yeah, I bought one of these last spring too lol. Silly deal, but ya, its one of those gotta haves ;) Now that I think about it, I dont remember where it is...uh oh!

Congrats.
I think I read somewhere that one of the grading services would actually slab the coin and note Cherrios Penny in the description.
Not going any further with the comments, because I too have one in my collection.

Isn't it true that a small percentage have been found to have come from dies meant for Proof pennies, and they have the " Wide AM" reverse die type.

Hummm....are these known to sometimes be Wide AM? First I've heard that, but I seriously doubt it.

Hey cool, I picked up a Cheerio Cent at a coin show for $1 last month. If it was a baseball card it'd be a 9.5 grade as far as the original packaging.
