I assume both are 1 Franc Aluminium coins. The LB is the initials of the designer: Louis Bazor. According to my catalog (Monnaies Francaises by Victor Gadoury) there exist two varieties of the 1 Franc 1942, with and without the initials. More than 152 million of these coins were minted. My catalog does not give a difference in price for the two so they are equally common.

There are varieties of the 1 franc 1942 coin, and I don't know if lack of the LB signature gives added value (it might not). But it could be worth checking the weights of the coins. Almost all 1942 coins weigh 1.60 grams, but there are rare ones weighing 1.30 grams that do carry a significant premium.
