It should be normal. All the laminated area is still on the coin. Just moved to the left.

1948 was suppose to be 95 Cu and 5 Zinc and Tin for 3.11. After the war? the production of alloy? If is 96 or 97 Cu will be heavier a little bit then 3.11. Mint tolerances for that time? Who know? Seem to be normal for me.
