I believe they have been colorized and packaged by a third party.
The case and accompanying certifcate do not have the RCM trademark or logo.
There are many hundreds of different designs of maples colorized by third parties, caveat emptor, buy them only if you really like the design, ultimately their value will be that of bullion only.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Agree, after-market gimmick coins sold at a premium which the buyer loses immediately upon purchase.
