Hello,
this coin has a fined rim/misaligned die and there is an extra piece of metal on the 1 on the observe .On the reverse there is a design that shouldn't be there!
What type of errors are these ?
And if submitted to NGC or PCGS are they recognized as errors?

Hard to say when you only show two pictures of the same part of the coin.
Need full pictures of both sides as well as closeups of the areas you are referring to.
I take it when you say "denomination" you are referring to the grade.

The rim issue looks like a partial collar error.

The top of the 1 looks like there is a bit of metal displaced, consistent with a "hit" there. There is a little bit of damage elsewhere (on the daggers), so maybe that's consistent.

The feature behind the dagger is strange. It's easy to find some of these online to compare, and I do not see this in any others.

Exactly the feature behind the dagger I couldn't find it on other coin, could it be considered an error or a variety ?
