Bought some coins at bargain basement prices, this one came with the lot. I have no clue what it is as this is not my area. Help would be appreciated.

Thanks Bob, sometimes we score a Home run on lot and sometimes we strike out. But this one was just a bonus coin that came with some Romans. I scored beautiful examples of Constantine the Great and Carinus coins.
