1890 - 1908 Kwantung China 1 Cash Coin, But Made From Glass?

Another recent acquisition. Looks like a 1890 - 1908 Kwantung China 1 cash (Y190) coin, but made from glass. It is 23.4mm in diameter and weighs 3.8g. I was thinking Siamese Gambling token, but not really sure. Any thoughts regarding attribution, age, rarity, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
