What do you think of this 1932 Washington quarter? The coin is being sold as a Uncirculated. Price: $49.
Fields and devices look mostly blemish-free, except for the few horizontal lines at the neck of Washington. Not sure if there is rim damage below the "9".
I think it could grade around MS63?

To me, this shows slight rub on the eagles breast and George's forehead/ear area.

According to PCSGS, a 1932 quarter in AU58 condition is worth $27, not $49.
