EF-40 Details heavy scratches ,hits ,roughed up obverse rim .

there are two long scratches in the hair and rim issue at on the obverse which crosses over LIBERTY. on the reverse we have two fairly deep gauges at PLURIBUS. I think these are enough to receive a details designation when added together.

I bought this one, paid about $25. It has it's flaws though. I think overall it looks OK.
