File a police report. Make sure to use appropriate terms such as fraud, counterfeit, etc. If you can contact the seller via facebook, let them know you have filed a police report.

Very unfortunate indeed! I would go online to the ACEF site and file a report. Chances are that this vendor is doing this to others as well and hopefully will be caught. Problem is that these creeps change identities like everyone else changes underwear.
