Hello, I picked this up in Jerusalem many years ago and was wondering your thoughts about it. Also, if can anyone tell the date?

Thanks for that fast reply Gainn.

I'm curious why the coin I have looks different than a coin from supposedly the same era, but just showing PO it looks like. Does each year have a different face, while the other face is the same of the existing ruler?

I've seen several quite unique variations of the reverse on a single date where the obverse portrait was almost identical.
PO would be year 170 so they're likely to follow a similar style, but could be by entirely different artists.
