The planchet with the almost purposeful splitting along with the subtle linear vertical striations has me thinking it could be a fantasy piece, token or medal which is modern but made to look old. It has medal alignment.
Likely to be locally made and 19th century:Kentish Hop token for 60 bushels. The Reverend Rose Fuller (Whistler, her married name hence the two sets of initials) of Bunces Farm, Penshurst Kent. England!
