Thoughts on what is going on with this one? Is this damage from the environment or a chemical? Did a little acetone soak and no change.

Thanks

Not environmental damage.
The marks appear to be raised which indicates something was spilled on it.
How long did you soak it in acetone? Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to remove.
Whatever it is, it happened after the coin left the mint.

First soak was for an hour. It's back in doing a 24 hour soak to see if anything changes.

No difference after 24 hour soak. It doesn't feel or appear that any of the area is raised or incuse. I ran a toothpick over the areas and they are all smooth.
