I don't like the small hits on face and nose also a scratch below Eagles tail feathers . MS-63+ .

Perhaps a tad better, but I agree with Tony that this doesn't quite make 64.

I would rather not have that coin in my collection . But everyone has their own opinion on what they will tolerate .
