But seriously, if they were easy to find, then they'd be cheap (but they're not). They really can be tough. 3 & 4 digit radars are 1 in 1000 but it seems even more uncommon than that. I've looked through thousands of notes & honestly can tell you that I can go for months before I see a radar or repeater. I think I've kept every low # (below 1000) since I see them so seldom...so yeah... "welcome to the club." & BTW: you could call the $2 'fancy.' It's pretty liberal. It's just not "special" (the term for truly collectible).
