On the OP coin the reverse figure's left arm - to our right - extends downward to whatever hangs from it, or whatever it is leaning on or holding.

It measures 31.5mm and weighs 14.8 grams. I took another photo because it "looks' like the figure is holding a club.

I cleaned the coin a little bit more just to bring out some additional detail in hopes that I can get a resolution on this one, hope it helps. The figure "appears" to be either holding a club or raising her skirt and holding something in her left hand with a legend in the EX.

Just throwing some ideas into the pot here..... Maybe a young male Emperor....Caracalla, Alexander Severus, Geta etc.. Reverse maybe something like this...
