Hi again...

I have what I believe to be a solidus from the Focas times. Since we're on the eve of inflation, I'm wondering if there's any solid way to tell evidence of "clipping" of a coin. Thoughts?

Not sure the exact weight, my cheap digital kitchen scale bounces between 4 and 5 grams
