If I was to buy this, do you think it would be worth submitting again? It seems to have PL qualities to me, and it is only MS62 currently. Is it just me or should it be higher? Appreciate all your comments.

In the late second Republic machinery upgrades made complete strikes common unlike earlier years. I would not grade it above MS-62 because of the damage to the field near the Eagle's head and the numerous straw marks caused by storage. It is rather typical of MS Cap and Ray coins from Mexico City - nothing special.
