I have a couple of 1943 steel cents that were left in an old blue album for way too many years. They are very dark grey and have some minor rust on the edges. Just would like to have a little better eye appeal. Thanks.

In my experience, there's nothing you could do that wouldn't make them look even worse than they do now.
