Once again, pics are too small, especially for trying to grade a proof. It's the smallest blemishes that move a modern proof down the scale and I can't see them. LOL Educated guess, PF68/69, because most of the graded moderns are on the market because they missed PF70.

PR-69 D-cam if it was NGC, it may have made the 70 .
