I'm not familiar with this error, but the rim looks suspicious to me. Make sure the weight is correct and the coin hasn't been hollowed out and filled like a Magician's coin.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

I've seen hollowed out coins before. This is the error coin where the obverse was minted using the 10 cent rather than the $1, because the 10 cent is smaller, it ends up with this "doubled rim"

Looks like a mule to me
Some 2000 mules were not directly centered and were off centre (like yours is)
Well done

Lowish grade but definitely a second rim there and not a fake. Still 400ish dollars in current market.

Wow, extremely lucky find 'drowning' ,well done.
Only 20 rolls of $1 coins is beginners luck.
I was noodling between 30 to 100 rolls of $1 a day for a while .
Found one eventually after many thousands of coins went through my hands.

My coin collecting started when one of the girls that worked for me told me about the dollar mule. I went home and found one in my change. A week later I got one in my change at the golf club. The third one took 10 years more searching. After 16 years - I still only have the three
