My interest in coin collecting has been rekindled since I started stacking silver a few months ago.

I first started in the early 60s, spurred on from the hunt for the 1955 doubled die advertised on many magazine covers at the time. Since I was always cash-poor I've stuck with small cents.

No one in my family ever had an interest in the hobby but I am hoping to get my grandchildren interested.

I'm seriously considering selling on ebay to generate the funds to get those elusive Wheat cent key coins.

I've been lurking for a while and decided to join. Thanks for letting me in!
