As Spencer mentioned:
" @wael, this is an interesting piece in that it is quite odd that both sides are the same. I'm pretty sure that the inscription is GLA IN EXCEL DO such as in this Kreuzer from Strasbourg:

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces108466.html

Based on this, I'm going to move this thread over to the ancients and medieval subforum. Hopefully we can get some additional eyes on it to help with the attribution." any more informations please. TIA

Interesting.
I am unfamiliar with this series of Kreuzers.
Fleur de Lis motif same both sides, but lettering is different.

Actually in the OP coin the legend is the same on both sides (but not a die match). And looks like perfect coin alignment.

I think we need someone with a more detailed catalog like Boudeau to see if this is a known type.

Also, can you please provide the weight of the coin? Any possibility it is two coins stuck together?

For those who haven't opened @wael's link, normally these early kreuzers of Strasburg have MONETA ARGEN as the legend on one side.

A cute medieval double entendre, since it does not mean "silver money" but "money of Strasbourg," since Strasbourg's Latin name was Argentoratum.
