No I don't think so. Most likely moved metal or a stain of some sort. Just a trick of the eye, Pareidolia.

Moved metal? No damage anywhere on obverse and trick of eye means I would have to manipulate coin to see.. Which I stated you can look at coin with out having to do so and see it.. Even without any type of magnification..

I am not going to argue with you. You seem to refuse our advice when it goes against your wishes, and only appreciate it when we tell you what you want to hear.
This coin does not have a doubled ear. There is no doubled ear for this year, it has not been listed. If there was one, it would've been found by now.

Ot I'm stating what see since I'm the one with coin.. I honestly would listen if it made sense.. None of your options explain why he is missing the crease in neck and why ot looks like a hump when looking at it..

It's due to flattening. It can happen to any coin from PMD. A hit can flatten down the area, making it look unnatural and deformed.

The photos show it more clearly now, that being the flattening.
The less defined features that have been smashed down is what you're seeing.

And yes the scope is vertical and Lincoln head as the reference, the coin is turned at a 2 o'clock rotation..

It's a normal part of the design with a scratch that makes it kinda ear shaped.
