Hi Beauart and to the Forum!
There seems to be a problem with your pictures, but I've managed to sort out the first one:
2012-Denali-State-Quarter-Missing-Reverse-And-Obverse-Clad-Layers
I can't really tell from this. Looks more like environmental damage to me. Please let us know what it weighs - a genuine quarter missing clad on both sides should be underweight and the details on both sides are likely to be faint and mushy when compared with a normal coin.

An better close photo with true color is suitable. What I see is missing clad.

Now, the form of missing clad is not really the mint production is.

A close photo will say everything if was sulphuric acid or cyanide.

I will say at the view of this photo is PMD.
