I have attributed the following coin as: Orodes III, II Century AD. Æ Drachm (4.12 gm). Kings of Elymais.  Obv: Diademed bust left wearing tiara with anchor with crescent behind.  Rev: Bust of Artemis right.  Haaff.16.1 Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Reverse is pretty far gone but, yes, I'd call it a VH 16.1. Good call.
