Agree likely 62-63, but depending on how the picture was taken, especially regarding the lighting, it could easily land on 61 or 64 as well. The chatter in the fields (which can be minimized or exaggerated, depending on the lightingand angle) and the degree of lustre present (which is pretty hard to show well in a couple pictures) can make a pretty significant difference to the grade. Also gold grading tends to be pretty subjective. I've seen some NGC and ICCS graded down pretty hard that PCGS likely would have been a lot friendlier on. Could easily be lightly cleaned as well and we wouldn't be able to see that.
