I usually use the "Track USPS package" link that pops up over the message header in the inbox. You can copy-paste the tracking ID into Google search. I have two orders: one with the coin/medal set + the proof privy, and the other order is two of the 3-coin sets along with 3 silver proofs. The first order shows as shipped and the second order is still stuck at processing. And mind you, I've received no emails at all.
